Main responsibilities/activities:

To coordinate the retrieval of datasets from internal systems.
Database Querying: To Perform queries on DB2 (Equinoxe and MySYS mainframe systems) to fulfill requests for datasets.
Request Management and Processing of requests.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
Backlog Management: Participate in the resolution and tracking of pending requests.
Knowledge Sharing: Document and share research and findings within the team.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in DB2, SQL databases.
Proficiency in JIRA for task tracking, DBeaver for data access.
Understanding of mainframe query execution plans.
Ability to read a CDM (Conceptual Data Model).
Good Level of French, at least B2 (mandatory).
