Data Engineer | BPCE SI

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Data Engineer to join its BPCE SI (BPCE Solutions Informatiques) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department.

Responsibilities   Creates and manages complex automated data pipelines from ingestion to analytics.Keeps up with Data Engineering technologies and the latest trends on the topic in order to use these insights to implement new processes and initiatives in the organization.Leads requirements gathering sessions with different stakeholders making sure they are properly translated.Optimizes the performance of the data architecture and data processing pipelines and of data storage and retrieval, while finetuning data processing frameworks and implements caching and indexing strategies.Identifies recurrent incidents and resolve the underlying root cause.Support more junior engineers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and providing constructive feedback to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth.
