We have an Immediate requirement for an On site Consultant for client who are into RPO Candidate with and MBA .Should have 3-5 years of Experience in RecruitmentMust have extensive working experience on Contract Staffing and Permanent StaffingAbility to manage end-end recruitment cycleStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsEffective planning and communication skillsAbility to interface with senior managementExperience negotiating offers and closing candidates successfullyResult oriented and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentShould have good convincing and negotiating skillStrong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationshipsMust be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks He Should have an experience in Hiring the below positionsTop 10 requirements:Fullstack Developer /SAP
