Key Responsibilities:• Partner with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives. • Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority business projects. • Analyze business problems and develop data-driven recommendations. • Create presentations, business reports, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. • Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions. • Support planning, decision-making, and business reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Structured thinking with excellent execution capabilities. • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building businesses. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. • Ambition to grow into a leadership role.
