We combine clinical excellence with a strong patient experience, data-led operations, and a rapidly expanding center network.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to independently manage surgical operations at one of our centers. The ideal candidate is a skilled, patient-centric surgeon with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, capable of handling a high-volume surgical caseload while upholding the highest standards of safety and patient care.

Responsibilities Independently perform consultations, pre-operative assessments, and surgical procedures across core aesthetic specialties (e.g., liposuction, body contouring, breast surgery, rhinoplasty, facial aesthetics, and related reconstructive procedures)Conduct thorough patient evaluations, explain procedure options, risks, and expected outcomes, and obtain informed consentEnsure adherence to clinical protocols, surgical safety checklists, and infection-control standardsManage pre- and post-operative care, including follow-ups and complication managementCollaborate with anesthesiologists, OT staff, and nursing teams to ensure smooth surgical operationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and case recordsParticipate in case reviews, quality audits, and continuous improvement of surgical protocolsMentor junior surgeons, residents, or associate doctors where applicableSupport patient counseling teams with clinical inputs to ensure accurate patient expectation-settingStay current with advancements in surgical techniques, devices, and best practices in aesthetic medicineUphold TRUE Artis' standards of medical ethics, patient safety, and professional conduct
