Responsibilities Identify and onboard relevant B2B partners.Pitch partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial terms.Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partner organisations.Develop initiatives with partners to generate consistent leads.Keep existing partners active and continuously improve their performance.Track partner-wise leads, conversions and revenue.Identify high-performing partnerships and scale them.Reactivate inactive partners and develop new opportunities.Coordinate with BD, Marketing and Operations teams for smooth lead management.Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and active partners.
Requirements 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development or channel sales.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable with field meetings and networking.Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.Healthcare, wellness, aesthetics or consumer-services experience is a plus.
