You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.Working with clients to define financial processes and configure D365 Finance accordingly.Supporting configuration, data migration, and full end-to-end testing.Delivering end-user training and coaching tailored to client needs.Designing and delivering functional elements, including configuration and customisation without code.Creating and maintaining solution documentation to support successful delivery.Facilitating customer workshops and meetings, ensuring requirements are clearly captured and agreed.Providing input into solution design and validating that delivered solutions meet business needs.Testing, validating, and supporting acceptance testing and go-live activities.
