DRI Instrumentation - Shift In-Charge

• Lead instrumentation maintenance activities during the assigned shift. * Supervise instrumentation technicians and contractors. * Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system issues. * Support installation, commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities. * Review P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, datasheets, and other technical documentation. * Monitor DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G, and SCADA systems. * Coordinate calibration and preventive/corrective maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with plant HSE procedures and maintenance standards.

Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with 5–8 years of relevant experience; OR Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 8–12 years of relevant experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience with MIDREX or HYL/ENERGIRON technology. * Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, instrumentation calibration, and troubleshooting. * Experience with ESD, F&G, and SCADA systems. * Previous commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and maintenance exposure. * Previous team/shift leadership experience is preferred. * SAP exposure is an advantage. * Good English communication skills.
