You'll speak with venue owners, operators and managers every day, using your understanding of the industry to start conversations, build relationships and create new opportunities.You don't need years of sales experience. We'll teach you the sales part.What you can't easily teach is the ability to talk to people, build relationships, work under pressure, think on your feet and understand what makes a hospitality business tick.If you've worked in a venue, you already have a head start.You'll be based in our Brisbane office and report to our Head of Sales, Bryce Davies.At Tanda, you'll get extensive training, professional development, clear career progression and a generous, uncapped commission structure.And yes, this is a Monday to Friday role.Your nights, weekends and public holidays are yours again.Core

ResponsibilitiesSpeak with prospective hospitality businesses via phone and email.Build meaningful relationships with venue owners, operators and decision makers.Research hospitality businesses and understand their operations, challenges and needs.Use your industry knowledge to have genuine conversations with prospective customers.Progress prospective clients through the sales process towards a meeting with an Account Executive.Source new hospitality businesses and build your own pipeline.Learn the skills needed to build a successful career in software sales.

About YouYou might be a bartender, waiter, supervisor, venue manager, restaurant manager, duty manager or hospitality all rounder.Or maybe you've simply spent enough time working to a roster and you're ready for your next chapter.We're looking for people who:Have experience in hospitality, QSR, retail or another customer facing industry.Are confident talking to people and building relationships.Have a strong work ethic and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.Take initiative and enjoy creating new opportunities.Are organised, motivated and driven to achieve results.Are curious and open to learning something new.Want to build a genuine long term career outside of shift work.Your hospitality experience is valuable here.
