OUR MISSION
We're building the AI operating system that runs an entire e-commerce business.
Our founders have built a portfolio of e-commerce brands generating over $100 million in revenue a year. Building them exposed a hard truth: e-commerce operators are among the most performance-optimized businesses in any industry, yet the software they run on is outdated and not AI-native. AI can now do things that were impossible a year ago, which only widens the gap between what these operators expect and what their tools actually deliver.
We're closing that gap: one platform where every function runs on a single, shared AI brain.Every tool in it is AI-powered and works off an immense amount of data about the brand. That mix of deep data and real AI capability is something a patched-together stack of separate tools can never have, and it's what lets the platform not just report on the business but actively improve it. This isn't AI bolted onto old software — the entire system is built around it from the ground up.
Inside the platform:
- Payments — multi-processor routing that sends each charge to the processor most likely to approve it, with smart retries that recover failed subscriptions.
- Funnels — AI writes the copy and builds the pages, then split-tests them against the current best performer.
- Email & SMS — the retention channels built in, so brands own their follow-up messaging without bolting on another tool.
- Subscriptions — a subscriber portal with conditional cancellation flows that save subscribers with a pause, a smaller plan, or a discount instead of losing them.
- Inventory & Finances — demand, stock, and true profitability tracked at the level of each paid funnel, not the business as a whole — the granularity that finally puts marketing, supply chain, and finance on the same numbers.
- Customer Support — e-commerce support has its own nuances that general tools were never built for, so operators have no real solution today. Ours runs world-class e-commerce playbooks that cut refunds and returns while lifting satisfaction.
- Heatmaps — every click, scroll, and drop-off is recorded, and the platform uses it to rebuild and split-test better pages on its own.
- Attribution & Tracking — the full multi-touch journey behind every purchase, tied to the exact channel that drove it, so brands know where to spend based on real data, not guesswork.
Plus AI agents that work inside any department — monitoring performance, running QA, and continuously building and testing new pages on their own.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team.
You build the product. You develop new features and products from scratch and continuously improve the ones we already have — real, production software that operators run their entire business on.
We build AI-native. Claude Code and Codex are how we ship, not an occasional helper. We write real code and know it cold — but our default is to build with AI, fast.
This moves fast, and nothing stays still. We're early and the roadmap is huge. Priorities change week to week — we want someone who enjoys that pace and ships quickly.
This is a startup, not a 9-5. Hard work, fast adaptation, constant growth. It's for people who want to build something massive and find that genuinely exciting. If that's not you, this isn't the right fit.
Requirements
- AI-Native Workflow: You build primarily using AI agents and tools like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor as your core development method.
- Agentic Development Workflow: Deep understanding of how an AI-driven development lifecycle should be structured—including strategic planning, AI-assisted Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated code review, and effective context management.
- Verification Discipline: You can reason through where code an agent wrote makes sense and when it needs to be rewritten.
- Growth Mindset: An AI-first mentality with a relentless drive to continuously learn and adapt to new AI development paradigms.
- Next.js & React: 5+ years shipping real production software with React and Next.js. You deeply understand component architecture, state management, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and performance optimization.
- Deep JavaScript/TypeScript: Exceptional JS/TS skills with a profound understanding of core concepts (closures, prototypes, generics, utility types).
- A Genuinely Complex Surface: You've built at least one hard interactive product — an editor, a canvas, a design tool, or a dashboard dense enough to be a real engineering problem. You think in structured state, trees and patches, not innerHTML.
- Performance: Measurable experience with Core Web Vitals and bundle discipline on pages that carry paid traffic, where a slow page costs money directly.
- Modern Web UI: Experience with component-driven architecture, reusable UI patterns, responsive design, accessibility and SEO principles.
- Frontend Tooling: Proficient with HTML, CSS, Tailwind or SCSS, and modern bundlers/tools (Vite, Webpack, ESLint, Prettier).
- Node.js Mastery: Real commercial experience (4+ years) building and shipping production grade services using Node.js and TypeScript. Deep understanding of Node.jsfundamentals (event loop architecture, promises, garbage collection).
- Frameworks & APIs: Experience with NestJS, Express or Fastify, and the ability to design well-structured REST APIs and sensible data models within an existing modular architecture.
- Databases: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), writing efficient queries, and shipping schema migrations against a live database.
- Security-Minded: Commitment to developing with security as a priority, including practical knowledge of the OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and data protection.
- End-to-End Ownership: Proven ability to own feature delivery from start to finish—translating product requirements into technical architecture, writing the code, and seeing it through to successful deployment and production monitoring.
- Testing: Experience writing robust UI and backend tests using frameworks like Vitest, Jest or Playwright.
- Version Control: Strong Git workflow and meticulous code review practices.
- Environment: Comfortable working in macOS/Linux environments and utilizing CLI tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You focus on deep product understanding, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Editor & Canvas Frameworks: React Flow (xyflow), or drag-and-drop editor frameworks like Puck, Craft.js or GrapesJS.
- Design Systems: Tailwind + Radix or equivalent headless component library work across multiple applications.
- ORMs: Prisma, TypeORM, Drizzle, for database interactions.
- Asynchronous Processing: event-driven architecture, message queues (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ).
- Redis & Caching: Good understanding of Redis and implementing efficient caching strategies.
- Commerce & CRO: Checkout flows, A/B testing and experimentation, funnel or conversion-rate work.
- API Integrations: Experience integrating complex third-party APIs (payments, Shopify) or directly integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Infrastructure & Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), CDNs and edge rendering, Cloud infrastructure.
