About Spotable

Spotable is an AI-powered platform built for roofing and façade contractors. We help contractors measure properties in 3D within minutes, generate accurate material quantities and create quotations faster than ever. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Growth Marketer who can take ownership of our acquisition and activation funnel and help us turn marketing activity into measurable business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting, testing new channels and using data to understand what works and what doesn't.

What you will do

As our Growth Marketer, you will own the journey from ad → signup → activation and work closely with the commercial and product teams to continuously improve our funnel.

You will:

• Manage and optimize Meta, Google and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified traffic and signups.
• Explore and test new acquisition channels, including AI-assisted advertising and ChatGPT Ads.
• Run landing page A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user acquisition.
• Monitor signup and activation metrics together with the product and commercial teams.
• Track Spotable's GEO visibility and identify opportunities to improve our presence in AI-driven search and discovery.
• Set up and run growth experiments across different channels and touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance and translate insights into concrete actions.
• Produce a weekly experiment report, documenting results, learnings and next steps.
• Work closely with the team to understand which users convert, activate and ultimately become successful Spotable customers.
• Help build a scalable growth engine as Spotable expands into new markets.

Who you are

We are looking for a data-driven and hands-on growth marketer who enjoys testing, learning and improving.

You ideally:

• Have experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or CRO.
• Have hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Are comfortable working with data, conversion metrics and acquisition funnels.
• Enjoy running experiments and making decisions based on measurable results.
• Have experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Are curious about emerging acquisition channels, including AI-powered advertising.
• Can write and test marketing copy in Dutch and English.
• Have experience in B2B and/or SaaS/PLG environments.
• Are analytical, entrepreneurial and comfortable working independently.
• Don't just launch campaigns — you want to understand why they work and how to make them better.

Your main focus will be:

• Acquisition → Signup → Activation
• You will have ownership of the experiments and campaigns that help Spotable grow this funnel, with measurable results as the main objective.
• You'll work closely with the commercial and product teams to connect marketing performance with actual user activation and business growth.
