Brand Ambassador for Dog Grooming Franchise Chicago, IL Temporary Entry Level Share This is a temporary, part time position. The location is out in the community in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. The goal is to generate interest and sign up members for a new local dog groomer.The Local Marketing & Launch Coordinator helps build awareness, relationships and local demand for a new Sparkle Grooming Co. salon before it opens.This role executes Sparkle’s Pawmunity Marketing program to prioritize outreach, build community relationships, attend events, meet pet parents and generate qualified local leads.The primary launch goal is 45+ new qualified leads per week as the operating benchmark.

Key Responsibilities Proactively engage local pet parents and introduce Sparkle in a natural, relationship-driven way.Capture qualified, permission-based leads in Sparkle’s Fetch platform.Identify opportunities for partnerships, events, referrals, sponsorships and local activations.Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, residential communities and community groups.Attend and support local events, tabling opportunities and community activations.Maintain consistent follow-up with priority community relationships.Track outreach activity, opportunities and lead-generation results.Complete required Sparkle online training and consistently represent the brand, its differentiation and voice.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is personable, confident and self-motivated, with a natural ability to meet new people and build relationships. They are:Warm, approachable and comfortable starting conversationsOrganized and consistent with follow-upComfortable working independently in the fieldMotivated by goals and measurable resultsCoachable and able to learn Sparkle’s brand and voiceComfortable using basic technology and CRM toolsAvailable for some evening and weekend eventsComfortable around dogs and engaging with pet parentsRelevant experience may include community marketing, events, apartment leasing, hospitality, boutiquefitness, membership sales, retail, pet care or other customer-facing roles.Formal marketing experience is not required.
