Currently, we are looking for a Group Pricing Manager in Brussels, Belgium who will be in charge of developing, implementing, and governing pricing strategies that improve margins and drive profitable growth across the Schréder group. This role balances strategic pricing design with hands-on execution.You will report to the Group CFO.What you will do :Strategic pricing capabilitiesDevelop and implement a company-wide pricing strategy aligned with growth and profitability objectives : segmentation, value positioning, discount architecture, and clear rules for exceptions.Define and maintain the Group price architecture, including list price logic, transfer price logic, local mark-up principles, price corridors, floor prices, and minimum margin rules by product family, market and deal type.Act as the central pricing lead, defining the pricing strategy, standards, and operating cadence while enabling execution through local pricing representatives.Ensure pricing strategies are adapted to local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer segments in partnership with regional and local teams.Comfortable balancing value-based logic with pragmatic execution (commercial reality, tender dynamics, channel differences, and competitive pressure)Provide pricing guidance for strategic tenders and large project opportunities, including margin scenarios, risk assessments, and escalation recommendations.Build and animate a community of local pricing owners across subsidiaries, ensuring regular sharing of pricing performance, market feedback, best practices and adoption challenges.Monitor competitor pricing and positioning across regions in cooperation with the Business Segment ManagersSupport new product or service launches with pricing recommendationsTrain Sales and Commercial teams on pricing tools, logic, and negotiation.Analytical and tool-driven profileStrong analytics baseline: margin waterfall, pocket price, mix/volume effects, elasticity/sensitivity where available, and KPI design.Able to Identify and quantify margin leakage across the pricing waterfall, including discounting, rebates, special conditions, cost changes, freight, small orders, options and non-standard exceptions. Leverage BI and pricing analytics tools to monitor pricing performance, identify trends, and support fact-based decision-making.Governance and process leadershipDefine and maintain pricing governance frameworks, including delegation and approval matrices, pricing calendars, and escalation processes.Own pricing KPIs: margin and price realizationAct as the business owner of pricing governance: delegation and approval matrix, deal guidance, pricing calendar, and auditability of price moves and exceptions.Partner with Finance on margin targets, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
