Currently, we are looking for a Development Engineer in Liège, Belgium. What you will do :Translate the product requirements into technical specificationsResponsible of the selection for set of components and sub-assemblies’ definitionCreate the electro-mechanical concepts and designs in close collaboration with the Mechanical Designer and in line with manufacturing process and supplier strategyAnalysis and interpretation of FEA calculation and bench test resultsBuild CNC prototypes and validate with the key customersSetup a validation plan with the laboratoryParticipate actively to pre-series at plant level.Responsible for all technical data creation (supplier, ERP, PLM,…)Support to operation during 0-seriesTechnical reportingMaintenance of products after releasePropose and implement cost reductions on existing products
