To pursue our growing and reinforce the IT team, we are currently looking for a D365 Finance & HR Business Analyst based in Portugal to integrate the Group IT team.As D365 Finance & HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the Finance & HR Group Solution’s evolution and ensuring its successful delivery and business adoption.What you will do :1. Drive and evolve the Finance Group SolutionOwn and drive the continuous evolution of the Group Solution within the Finance & HR domainPartner with business analysts and key users to capture, challenge, and refine business requirementsContribute actively across the full solution lifecycle (design, build, testing, simulation, and deployment)Ensure clear, relevant, and up-to-date documentation (e.g. application processes)Enable and empower key users through training and knowledge sharingEnsure delivery meets quality, cost, and timeline expectationsContribute to governance and steering forums when requiredContinuously identify and implement improvement opportunities2. Manage and challenge external partnersCollaborate with external partners to deliver solution componentsChallenge partners on scope, features, cost, and quality of proposed solutionsValidate solutions and key deliverables (e.g. functional gap analysis, design documents)Participate in validation phases such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP)3. Support solution deployment and rolloutContribute hands-on to solution implementation across Group entities (design, build, test, simulate, go-live)Support and train local key users to ensure adoption and autonomyProvide functional expertise and consultancy to local teamsSupport Group IT Project Managers throughout project executionProactively identify and escalate risksEnsure all required deliverables are completed to support successful deployment4. Build and share expertiseDevelop and maintain strong expertise in business processes, Microsoft Dynamics, and related systemsAdvise and support local Schréder entities on best practices and solution usageFacilitate and animate the Group Solution user community to drive engagement and continuous improvement
