We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic Finance department. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing our organization's financial health, providing strategic insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work collaboratively with other departments to optimize financial performance and drive business growth. What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and policies.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external financial audits.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to deliver financial guidance on operational efficiencies.
• Evaluate and manage risks related to financial activities.
• Drive initiatives to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and financial regulations to maintain best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
