Role Overview

As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you will turn OptimizeGEO's GTM priorities and positioning into integrated campaigns that reach the right audiences and generate measurable results. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move confidently between content, paid demand generation, campaign execution, analytics and cross-functional coordination.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and run campaigns across priority markets and verticals, including CPG, retail, BFSI and healthcare. You will own execution from brief to outcome — shaping the campaign plan, creating and reviewing assets, launching paid activity, coordinating internal and external contributors, and improving performance using data.

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months

Success will be measured by the quality and consistency of execution, the strength of the demand engine, and marketing's visible contribution to qualified leads, meetings, opportunities and pipeline. The goal is to create a repeatable campaign system that combines strong content with disciplined distribution, tracking and optimisation.

Build and run a consistent calendar of integrated campaigns across priority audiences and verticals.
Generate qualified demand and improve conversion from campaign engagement to relevant sales conversations.
Establish reliable campaign tracking and reporting across paid media, content, email, events and CRM data.
Raise the quality and commercial relevance of campaign content while reducing avoidable revision cycles.
Create repeatable workflows that help Marketing, Sales, design, video and external partners execute with greater speed and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy and Integrated Campaigns

Translate the GTM playbook and quarterly marketing priorities into executable campaigns with clear audiences, offers, channels, owners, timelines, budgets and success measures.
Connect research, founder content, customer evidence, events, PR, email, social and paid media into coherent campaigns rather than isolated activities.
Own the campaign workflow from brief and asset plan through launch, distribution, lead handover, optimisation and final reporting.
Partner closely with Sales on target accounts, lead follow-up, campaign feedback and pipeline reporting.

Content and Editorial Quality

Write and edit high-quality content across landing pages, campaign assets, emails, founder posts, case studies, reports, event content and sales enablement materials.
Turn calls, briefs, product inputs and research into clear, structured drafts that do not require extensive rewriting.
Adapt OptimizeGEO's agreed positioning and messaging for different audiences, verticals, channels and stages of the buyer journey.
Create strong briefs and review output from writers, junior marketers, designers and freelancers for clarity, depth, accuracy and commercial relevance.

Digital Demand Generation and Performance Marketing

Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and relevant retargeting channels.
Build audiences, campaign structures, offers, ad copy, creative briefs, landing pages, forms and nurture journeys.
Work hands-on inside advertising platforms and coordinate agencies or specialists only where additional support is needed.
Monitor budgets and performance, identify problems early and optimise audiences, bids, creative, messaging and conversion paths.
Run structured tests and document what worked, what did not and what should change in the next campaign cycle.

Measurement and Commercial Impact

Define the measurement plan before each campaign launches, including funnel stages, conversion goals and reporting cadence.
Maintain consistent campaign naming, UTMs, tracking links, lead-source data and dashboard hygiene.
Use advertising-platform, website analytics and CRM data to connect marketing activity with leads, meetings, opportunities and pipeline.
Build weekly and monthly reporting that explains performance, insights, corrective actions and next steps — not only activity counts.

Execution Ownership and Coordination

Operate as the execution partner to the Marketing Manager and independently move agreed work from brief to completion.
Coordinate content, design, video, junior marketing, Sales, freelancers and agencies to keep deliverables on time and on brief.
Create practical workflows, checklists and review processes that reduce missed details and unnecessary revision cycles.
Raise risks, dependencies or unclear inputs early and balance speed with rigour.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

6-8 years of hands-on experience across B2B growth marketing, content marketing, digital demand generation and integrated campaign execution.
Evidence of personally executing campaigns end to end rather than only coordinating agencies or specialist teams.
Hands-on experience running and optimising LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including audiences, budgets, creative testing and conversion improvement.
Experience working in a fast-moving B2B SaaS, MarTech, analytics, search or enterprise software environment.

Growth and Content Capabilities

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create commercially strong content from complex inputs.
Ability to apply an existing positioning framework without needing to own company-level positioning strategy.
Strong campaign judgment across audience, offer, message, creative, channel and conversion path.
Ability to review the work of writers and junior marketers and provide specific, constructive feedback.

Measurement and Commercial Thinking

Working knowledge of GA4, CRM reporting, UTMs, attribution and funnel metrics such as CPL, lead quality, meetings, opportunities and pipeline.
Ability to interpret performance data, identify the real constraint and translate insights into clear next actions.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and the relationship between marketing activity, lead quality and revenue outcomes.

Exposure to account-based marketing, enterprise sales cycles and India-US GTM motions.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
Experience turning product, customer or market data into credible reports, case studies and campaigns.
