Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially driven, and execution-focused professional to partner with the leadership team in driving business growth and operational excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, analytics, and operations. You will analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, recommend target industries and markets, monitor commercial metrics, maintain CRM excellence, track company goals, and ensure key business initiatives are executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Analyze business performance across industries, customer segments, geographies, and enterprise accounts.
• Identify high-performing and underperforming verticals and recommend strategic actions.
• Research new industries, markets, and customer segments with strong revenue potential.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor AI, SaaS, SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends.
• Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on market expansion, pricing, customer acquisition, and growth opportunities.

Sales Operations & Business Analytics

• Own the accuracy and integrity of HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain dashboards, sales reports, forecasting models, and executive business reviews.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, ARR growth, customer acquisition, sales productivity, and other commercial KPIs.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve revenue performance and operational efficiency.

Business Operations & Execution

• Track company goals, OKRs, sales targets, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain leadership action trackers and ensure timely follow-up across teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure priorities are executed on schedule.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, driving accountability until resolution.
• Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and business execution.

Research & Decision Support

• Research prospective customers, strategic accounts, and industry trends.
• Analyze customer buying behavior and emerging market opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations, board materials, and strategic reports.
• Translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Implement reporting enhancements, workflow automation, and operational best practices.
• Ensure data quality and process consistency across commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Business Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or Salesforce.
• Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS, AI, MarTech, or technology company.
• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search platforms, and digital marketing analytics.
• Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities and improve business performance.
