Student Recruitment & OutreachPromote college/university programs to prospective students, parents, and agents.Attend education fairs, school visits, and virtual events to generate leads.Provide accurate and timely program information to potential applicants. Lead ManagementHandle student enquiries promptly through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions. Application SupportGuide students through the application process and required documentation.Track applications through to offer, acceptance, and enrolment stages. Marketing & Promotion Support marketing campaigns targeted at key intakes and markets.Contribute to digital and social media recruitment activities. Customer ServiceProvide high-quality support to prospective students and families.Address queries professionally and represent the institution positively.Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
