About the roleThe Student and Academic Services Manager is a leadership position responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of student and academic administrative processes, student experience programs and management of a service-oriented Student and Academic Services team. This position reports to the Academic Director and is a member of the College Senior Executive Team
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership, management and supervision to teams supporting activities within the student life cycle, including: orientation, enrolment, timetabling, exams, results, student progression, scholarships, graduationProvide oversight of the student information management systemEnsure accuracy in data reporting to the Australian government via the TCSI portalPartner with academic and professional staff across the College and the University to facilitate collaboration and achieve strategic objectivesLeverage expert knowledge to guide staff on relevant legislation, policy and reporting requirementsIdentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in student and academic servicesOversee student experience programs
