About the roleReporting to the HR Business Partner, the Senior HR Advisor supports the HR Business Partners and leaders across Australasia, providing broad generalist HR advisory support to deliver business outcomes, improve performance, build capability and support a positive workplace culture. The role manages a small client portfolio and provides advice across a range of employment matters within the Australasian operating environments.The role will liaise with operational managers to implement local human resource initiatives that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organisation's overall human resource strategy.Key responsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with leaders and employees, acting as a trusted HR advisor and first point of contact for HR matters.Provide expert advice and coaching on employee relations, performance management, workplace issues, employment legislation, awards, agreements, policies and WHS matters.Support leaders in workforce management, recruitment, talent development, investigations, disciplinary processes, leave, remuneration and employment arrangements.Deliver HR administration and coordination, including onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, recruitment support and payroll/change processes.Maintain HR systems and reporting, analyse workforce data, prepare insights, and contribute to HR initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities.
