Handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work.Attend breakdowns and maintenance requests.Carry out regular preventive maintenance.Inspect building facilities and equipment.Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors.Maintain electrical, plumbing, AC, and other facility systems.Keep maintenance records and service schedules updated.Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and materials.Respond to urgent maintenance issues.Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.
