Education Coordinator in the Discipline of Social Work and play a pivotal role in enhancing the field education experience for our students.As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the National Field
Education Academic Lead, the National Placement Unit, and a network of social work students, agency-based staff, and external student supervisors to ensure high-quality field education placements

Education Development and Delivery:Support pre-placement planning, student allocations, and compliance with ASWEAS standards.Lead fortnightly Field
Education Seminars and pre-placement briefings.Assist with training and development for Field Educators and Liaison Officers.Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve placement challenges and provide external supervision as needed.
Academic Liaison Support:Oversee placement progress for 20 – 30 students per trimester.Maintain communication with students and agencies, and provide ongoing support.Review and provide feedback on student academic work and address concerns in consultation with the National Academic Lead.
Program Support:Assist in evaluating and improving the Field
