The Admissions and Recruitment Officer, based at Curtin College, Bentley Campus, assists education agents and students with applications and entry requirements. This involves entering applicant data, processing applications, issuing offers and Coes, and ensuring that key stakeholders receive excellent customer service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assess applications from international and domestic applicants, screen for Genuine Student (GS) from high-risk countries, generate Letters of Offer and issue and manage Confirmation of Enrolments (CoEs) Support the Marketing Manager with Lead conversion as appropriate Liaise with education agents onshore and offshore, and Navitas Source Country Offices Update and maintain student records and contribute to the alignment of systems/records with the University partner Develop and maintain strong, effective and enduring partner relationships with agents, University and Navitas stakeholders Participate in promotional activities as required
