Dayshift Continuous Improvement Specialist

Accountabilities/

Responsibilities: ·         Interacts with multiple layers of leadership in identification and resolution of any issues that may arise ·         Candidate must have good attendance and be flexible on hours at determined times ·         Exhibit knowledge of the 4 Basics; Safe and Clean Workplace, Quality at or above expectations, complete on time delivery, Fashionable products and fair price ·         Have a strong knowledge of the process flow of the department as well as a basic knowledge of the departments up and down the value stream ·         Must be able to assess a problem and prioritize responsibilities and countermeasures ·         Participate/Lead/Facilitate Masterbrand Way Events & Trainings such as Standard Work and 6S ·         Understanding of Lock-Out Tag-Out Procedures & Controls ·         Possess Leadership skills; Positive & Neutral ·         Perform all other duties as assigned .
