🟣 The role
💰 45k–58k€ + Equity
You'll be the founders' right hand as we roughly double the team by the end of the year.
Track billing, revenue and budgets, and help prepare clear reporting for our investors.
Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market projects and keep the team's rituals running as we scale.
Help run our hiring pipelines, and pick up whatever else moves the needle.
🟣 You
Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
1–4 years of experience in a demanding environment: consulting, VC/finance, or an operating role in a startup.
Real ownership: you spot what's missing and fix it without being asked.
Comfortable with numbers: you can read a P&L, follow a budget, and build simple financial views.
