What you’ll Do:

• Elevate Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage high-value relationships with key restaurant partners, serving as a trusted advisor to unlock sustainable performance and revenue growth.
• Architect Data-Driven Strategies: Harness commercial data to diagnose merchant performance, forecast market trends, and deliver actionable growth, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Outmaneuver Competitor & Market Dynamics: Analyze competitive landscapes, promotional trends, and consumer dining behavior to equip partners with winning market positioning.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Support: Lead alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Support to remove operational friction and optimize platform execution.
• Maximize Campaign ROI & Visibility: Negotiate and enroll partners into high-impact campaigns, optimizing marketing investments to boost merchant visibility and order volume.

What you’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A strong background in Account Management, CRM, Customer Support, or delivery and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Robust analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data to drive commercial decisions and unlock creative solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business stories for partners.
