Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is: The client is one of Sydney's leading property advisory businesses, known for an intelligent, evidence-led approach rather than hype. They've grown quickly on the strength of their reputation, their founder's personal brand, and a strong content engine. The brand is premium, understated, and distinctly Australian, and they're now building out their first internal marketing function.

Role Overview: Our client is seeking a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager to take ownership of their content production from concept through to publication. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where the successful candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content and managing its distribution across multiple platforms while following an established content strategy and workflow.

This is a video-first role, so strong video editing skills are essential. Working from an existing script library and content system, the successful candidate will combine creativity with consistent execution to deliver high-quality content that strengthens the brand, grows its audience, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop content ideas aligned with the brand, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Write engaging scripts for short-form video content.
  • Edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit long-form podcast episodes for YouTube and create engaging highlight clips for social media.
  • Schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.
  • Write compelling captions that increase audience engagement.
  • Repurpose podcast transcripts into LinkedIn articles and SEO-optimised blog content.
  • Manage the end-to-end content publishing process across all social media platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent publishing schedule and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously improve content performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Community management: engaging with our followers, liking their comments, engaging with a list of key accounts
  • Managing ManyChat work flows: Posting reels, with a lead magnet attached which relates to the video content
