Job Role: Creative/ Graphic Designer
Salary Budget: $2,000-$2,500 AUD / Month
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9.00 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative / Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in advertising and digital marketing who can bring creative concepts to life across a variety of channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets for paid advertising campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing initiatives. Experience with video editing and Figma is highly desirable, as you'll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, account managers, and developers to create engaging and effective creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative assets for digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Edit and produce short-form video content for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop visual concepts that align with client branding and campaign objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and design layouts using Figma when required.
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging creative tools.
