What will you do?Mapping and analyzing business needs and processes to support the development of digital products and data-driven solutions.Creating specifications for IT development projects, especially for digital platforms and data-centric features (e.g. user stories, use cases).Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements and expectations.Defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs to enable performance monitoring and continuous optimization of digital products/solutions.
