Training and Enablement Senior Associate
Full-Time, Hybrid or Remote
This is a full-time, hybrid or remote role for the Training and Enablement Senior Associate position.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in education, organizational development, information technology, business, communications, or equivalent project experience
5+ years of experience in instructional design and training program development in a client-facing, SaaS, or technology environment
Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to learn new software and hardware systems quickly
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams
