Talent Acquisition Specialist
Full-Time, Hybrid
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Chicago, Illinois who will build our recruiting and onboarding practices. This is a foundational role where you’ll work directly with leadership to shape how we hire, who we hire, and what it feels like to join our team. Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Human Resources and talent acquisition
Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions in a high-growth environment
Familiarity with HRIS and sourcing tools such as Gusto and LinkedIn Recruiter
Skilled at writing job descriptions that attract top talent
Experience implementing process standards and designing onboarding pathways
Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through
