Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, information systems or liberal arts
Demonstrated interest in B2B products, client services, compliance, or AI innovation
3+ years of experience in client services, consulting, account management, or customer support
Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple client and internal teams
Detail-oriented and quick learner
Strong emotional intelligence and coachable
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
