Responsibilities: Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service. Drive sales and consistently achieve/exceed targets. Confidently present and advise on luxury product offerings. Guide clients from consultation to purchase and after-sales support. Maintain a polished, professional, and inviting showroom environment.
Requirements Grade 12; diploma/degree in Business Management is advantageous. 2+ years proven sales experience (luxury/high-end retail essential). Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Impeccable professional appearance and client-centric approach.
