Merchant Onboarding Specialist serving as the key PIC for DANA's merchant onboarding from a business perspective. Ensuring all onboarding strategies are implemented properly and consistently across all merchant segments.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary business PIC for all DANA merchant onboarding matters
Ensure consistent implementation of onboarding strategies, policies, and SOPs across all merchant categories
To align business needs by bridging communication between Merchant Strategy, OS Merchant Onboarding and across organization
Identify gaps between strategy and execution, escalate issues, and drive corrective actions
Support process improvement initiatives and SOP updates based on operational findings
Requirements
