Lead DANA's government relations function by building strategic partnerships with key public sector stakeholders, driving end-to-end delivery of public sector initiatives, and positioning DANA as a trusted partner in Indonesia's digital financial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain proactive, senior-level engagement with government counterparts across ministries and regulatory agencies relevant to DANA's business
Develop and execute a structured stakeholder engagement plan, ensuring DANA's presence in key policy consultations and regulatory dialogues
Lead end-to-end delivery of government partnership programs — from scoping through implementation and reporting
Drive DANA's participation in digital public infrastructure initiatives including digital identity, payment integration with public services, and financial inclusion programs
Develop advocacy materials and policy positions on regulatory issues affecting DANA's digital financial business
Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to translate government opportunities into operational outcomes
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 2 Government Relations professionals, setting clear goals and accountability
Requirements
8–12 years in government relations or public sector partnerships within the tech industry — fintech or digital payments background is essential
Proven track record of independently owning and delivering complex government projects from inception to execution
Hands-on experience with digital public infrastructure programs — digital identity, G2P/P2G payment schemes, or equivalent public service digitalization
Active, senior-level network within government agencies relevant to Indonesia's digital economy and financial sector
Able to open doors and drive conversations independently without reliance on senior intervention
