Transform how the Creative Team works by building smart automations and intuitive interfaces that simplify processes, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve everyday workflows.
Responsibilities
Identify automation opportunities: observe how the team works, map out workflows, and spot repetitive tasks, manual handoffs, and common errors. Recommend improvements based on their frequency and impact.
Build and define automation workflows: translate business needs into practical automation workflows, defining triggers, required information, rules, and actions. Hands-on experience building simple automations is a must.
Support tool integrations: connect tools, map information between systems, and make sure data flows to the right place. Work with developers when custom integrations are needed.
Design the user experience: use Figma to design simple and intuitive ways for users to start and interact with automated workflows, including progress, confirmations, and error messages.
Test workflows and usability: test both regular scenarios and edge cases, identify issues, and make improvements based on how users actually experience the workflow.
Monitor and maintain automations: keep an eye on automation performance, troubleshoot basic issues, update configurations when processes change, and escalate technical issues when needed.
Document and support adoption: create user guides and keep documentation up to date, including each automation’s purpose, owner, rules, and troubleshooting steps. Gather feedback and help improve the workflow after launch.
