For 4,000 years, people have chased payment for work already done. We bring that money home, so our clients can get back to their real job. A few months post-launch, we raised €9 million from top-tier investors including Varsity Capital, Kima Ventures, Kerala and FSJ, backing the development of our advanced AI technology and our hyper-scaling across Europe. We are growing 75% month over month with zero customer churn.

The Role

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to be the founding team’s right hand on the cross-functional projects that shape the company. The work runs in sprints: you take a subject the founders cannot give proper time to, drive it to a result, then hand it over to whoever owns it next. You’ll be the first person to hold this position and you’ll work directly with the three cofounders, on hiring, on go-to-market experiments, on M&A, on fundraising, and other major topics that drive the company’s hypergrowth.

What You’ll Do

• Scale the team from 6 to 25 in three months: run the hiring process end to end, own onboarding, track how new joiners actually perform, and put people in a position to do their best work.
• Open new sales motions. We have a long list to test: PE fund partnerships, tech partnerships, events, a referral programme. You launch each one, prove there is something there, then hand it to a dedicated owner.
• Take on cross-functional initiatives from start to finish with full autonomy, so the founders can focus on the work with the highest leverage.
• Work our M&A opportunities: sourcing, deal analysis, valuation and diligence alongside the founders.
• Support the CEO on fundraising: materials, data room, investor pipeline, follow-up.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Are detail oriented enough that your work does not need a second pair of eyes.
• Are highly autonomous. You are given a subject, not a method.
• Can be trusted with anything sensitive: compensation, cap table, board material, hiring decisions.
• Have 4+ years in a demanding environment, whether consulting, banking, VC, or an operating role in a fast-growing startup.
• Can move from a hiring pipeline to a deal analysis to an investor deck in a single morning.
• Are fluent in French and English.
