您將負責

• 以文字方式回覆線上對談或郵件，解決跨國客戶相關問題。
• 協助處理客戶緊急案例，維護客戶使用滿意度。
• 主管交辦事項及客服例行性工作協調管理。
• 協助客戶完成帳戶開立與設定流程
• 主動回報並記錄系統異常，配合技術團隊持續優化平台

上班時間

• 皆為固定班別，舉例：中晚班夥伴不需輪日班或大夜班班別。
• 日班：8:00-17:00 ，休息時間1.5小時。需配合約2個月一次05:00-14:00班別
• 中晚班：14:30-23:00 / 16:00-00:30，休息1小時
• 大夜班：23:30-08:30，休息1.5小時

【工作模式】

此職務非遠端工作，需進辦公室（臺北市大安區市民大道三段206號11樓）。
