The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. Responsibilities:Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:Submission ClearancePolicy & Endorsement rating and IssuanceComplianceAutoOther operations, as neededPrepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specificationsInteract with team and customers as required to complete deliverablesCommunicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
