HRConnect Consultant - Customer Experience with German (12 months contract)

HRConnect Consultant acts as the point of contact for employees and managers HR inquiries providing them with outstanding HR service and maintain high customer satisfaction. In this role you will help AbbVie colleagues succeed at work by supporting them resolving HR related queries, processing transactions as a contractor.

Responsibilities:Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes, system time and absence tracking, policies, and general questions through various channels like phone, chat or emailProvide accurate, valid, and complete information to the employees by using the right methods and tolls (procedures, policies, knowledge databases)Navigate employees and managers with self-service transactions and processes Maintain data in our HR system (Workday) Manage HR documentation (employment contracts)Cooperate closely with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for outstanding service delivery Initiate the conversations with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Business HR,

Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other) to constantly improve the service quality and efficiencyActively looking for continuous improvement ideas and running some of the initiatives towards process improvements and automationKeep the process documentation up-to-dateDeliver system and process training to new joinersSupport any projects run within the Business areaMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
